Over the course of this next year as our contract Membership Coordinator, Lily will be leading a special effort to bring a bit more light, a bit more love, and a lot more fun to our calendar. There will be opportunities to play, to gather, and to connect, all offered up in service to the spirit of building community and friendships. There will be plenty of opportunity to sign up, to volunteer, and get in on the action. The plan is to kick the festivities off in September, so keep an eye out for more as Lily begins her plotting and planning! In the meantime, if you see her, be sure to say “hello” and “welcome”!

A Note From Lily:

Hello everyone! My name is Lily Geer and I am so excited to be joining the UUSG staff. I may look familiar to some of you as I used to attend church regularly when I was in high school. The YRUU program was such an important part of my life. I am so happy to be returning as the Membership Coordinator. I am looking forward to getting to know you, but until then, let me introduce myself! I work full-time as a 5th grade teacher in Schaumburg and I absolutely love what I do. My husband, Mike and I have a two-year-old daughter named Avery who is the light of our lives. I look forward to working with you all!
